For me it depends on cofmrot and what activity I am doing, not necessarily the temperature. Sometimes in the colder weather I have an urge to go nude (especially following a shower)and although it is strange, it feels good. Other times in the cold I prefer to stay clothed.Same as on the other hand, I may go nude on a really hot day, or I may stay in the A/C with clothes on if it gets really hot.It completely depends on what I am doing and how I feel rather than temperature.

Melissa,I just found your site for the first time. This is the first article of yours that I have read, and am 100% in agermeent. I am not a female, wait , let me check. Yep, I am male (I thought that was cute) so I have different issues regarding nudism. I am currently writing a research paper on body acceptance for college, and will be cruising through your archives for good material. I will ask before borrowing anything. I'm with you Melisa I tell everyone I'm a nuidst. Ssimply because I refuse to be ashamed of something that has been so good for me. I love it, it has cut way down on my stress levels. At first my family and friends were like uhh, okay, I guess? But as they have learned more about it from me they realize it is just a part of who I am. I think this is the only way to legitimize social nudism in the eyes of the public one person at a time through interaction with real people who just so happen to enjoy social nudism. Simple when you think of it. I mean how to a lot of us learn about the world? Through interaction it is the things that are unknown that are mysterious and weird. So let the cat out of the bag you never know who else might be one too.
